For those large events, especially, having a solid plan in place to manage the physical build of your event, is crucial to ensure everything happens on time and keeps your event on track.

Having detailed layouts of what goes where and by whom and when.  Is detrimental to ensuring a smooth build and execution of your event.

Should you need any permitting, SAPO, Park etc.  We have long-standing relationships with NY City Agencies and know the intricacies of getting permits in place.  We do the work so you don't have to.

Event Security is a very important element of any and every event and must be given the time and attention to ensure your event is a success.  We partner with many security companies so can ensure you work with the right one for you.

Sometimes a custom build is needed.  We work with construction companies, structural engineers and City Agencies to ensure your custom build works for you and passes all inspections.
